We strive to keep our Service available 99.9% of the time. However, there may be occasional outages or maintenance, which we aim to resolve within a week.
We may introduce paid services or features in the future. Payments will be processed through external payment providers such as Paystack, Stripe, or Acure. At this time, there is no refund policy. You may also choose to make donations to support our Service.
We reserve the right to terminate your account if you engage in activities that abuse our Service, such as DDoS attacks. If your account is terminated, you will lose access to your account and all associated data.
Users may upload content to the site over time, but ChillSeek does not claim ownership of user-generated content. You retain ownership of the content you create and share on the platform.
